Hi Sugan,

 

Are u checking the availability in released production order or created production order. Please confirm. In OPJJ (PP ATP Check) you have mentioned that "Include Dep.Reservations = Only withdrawable reservations (A)" ie; you are considering only Released Production Order reservations only.

Your issue is not clear. Please brief nicely.

 

If you want to give amount based on hiring date for that particular month then it could be use by operation PPPAR.

 

Explore it.

1. i added by my self  the entries to the Web Dispatcher (in linux system).

2. i restart my HANA server after added those entries.

3. i checked and my windows firewall is off on my computer.

4. i verify that i don't have firewall in HANA server side by the command 'sudo iptables -L -n'

and it give me empty results.

Dear SAP Guru's

 

Can you please clarify me what is differecne between cost goods manafacture and Cost of goods sold how these accouts will be setoff at year end  in Profit losss statement

 

1.when we recieve Goods from Prodcution order entiry is updaing as below

 

Inventory FG account Dr   700

  Cost of goods manufacture   Cr..  700

 

 

2.At the time delivery against Sale order

 

  Cost of good sold account Dr   800

 

        Inventroy FG account Cr    800

 

system is updating above entries

Can you please suggest me why system is Crediting Cost of goods manafacture account  though it is expenses item

 

how COGM and COGS accounts will show in Profit and loss statement at the year end , what is net impact of these GL while preparing P&L statment

Hi Ram,

 

I already checked the note, But I am concerned for as we are not using vault environment so Why user SECACCTMGR is required.

 

Also it is mentioned in note 1870519

 

"in a Database Vault environment, the standard administration accounts like SYS or SYSTEM do not have the privilege to create database users in the database"


but when I gave SYSTEM/Password to SUM it processed successfully as it was able to create user (SAP<SID>SHD)


What are your thoughts ?

Eddie,

   For sure the WM control cycle for the component is still active. If you had set it up for your specific component or for a group of components for the same Production Supply Area (as it can be done for pick parts), delete the same thing first.

 

    Because of your storage location reference/specific-setting in BOM or Material master, the storage location gets referenced in the production order's component overview. So again this storage location references the PSA, and because of the PSA the CC reference also gets in making it WM-relevant.

 

  As long as the CC exists, system looks for the data from CC as a priority and considers it as a pick part and does a WM-level transfer.

So to solve the issue, please ensure that the reference to the PSA is not there in Work center or BOM or Material Master. Then everything becomes IM-relevant.

(My guess is you use a CC common for a specific PSA and hence this issue).

 

Check and revert back for further queries.

can it be that you cancelled the invoice before? This is a wrong process, such invoices must not be cancelled, you have to cancel the goods issues and settle them to "cancel" the invoice.

Do you have records for your entered combination in RKWA table?

Hi John,

 

In the Source Control properties of your Workspace, does the Local Root Directory match where the source files including pbg files are located? Are all of the source files and pbg files Read Only? 

 

You probably want to use PowerBuilder to check objects in and out and not TFS.  After showing history of an object you  should be able to get a specific version if that's what you want to do.

You should check the tag in your view and check for any property in the tag to control the horizontal alignment of its content.

The Revision Selection field in General/Administration Tab of Tcode IW37n , is giving the desired results. Isn't this the requirement?

Hi James,

I assume you used the wizard to generate the service call.  The last step of this wizard prompts you to decide if you want to assign the values of the return parameters as context nodes of the controller or as parameters of the ABAP Service call response. 

 

If you plan to use these fields in screens or in other components, then choose to have them as context nodes.  You can then map this context to other screens/components.  If the context values change, it is reflected whereever the context is shared and can be achieved without explicitly writing code to perform the transfer. 

 

If you choose to have them as parameters, which I think is the default option.  Then the values will only be available as parameters of your source call, for you to work with. 

 

It sounds like you are getting to grips with context mapping, so I'll see if I can find a link to some decent documentation if your course content is not working out.  Let me know and I'll see what I can find.

Send Email button (CRM Web Client UI) - does not work with custom Navigation Bar Profile

Hi, we use Solman 7.1 (SP8) and I've found a bit of an issue (think it may be a bug and will have to raise OSS Incident).  However, I thought I'd check with you lovely people first

 

Basically, in CRM Web Client UI there is a "Send Email" button, so you can send items such as Change Requests, Defect Corrections etc. as Plan Text/HTML to an email address.

 

Whenever, I click on this button, nothing happens (the Send Email screen does not appear).

 

I have been investigating this for a few hours and realise this only happens when I'm using my Z Business Role (ZSOLMANPRO). When using the standard Business Role (SOLMANPRO) it works fine. So this lead me to further investigation and I found that when changing the NAVIGATION BAR PROFILE back to SOLMANPRO it also works:

So with ZSOLMANPRO Nav Bar Profile, the Send Email button doesnt work. But with SOLMANPRO Nav Bar Profile, it does work (under ZSOLMANPRO Business Role). I also temporarily changed the standard SOLMANPRO Business Role to have our ZSOLMANPRO Nav Bar Profile and this caused the button not to work...so it's DEFINITELY related to this Nav Bar Profile.

 

I then compared my ZSOLMANPRO Nav Bar Profile with SOLMANPRO and they are identical!!

Of course, my ZSOLMANPRO contains some changes in regards to assigned workcenters, direct link groups etc. This is why I created ZSOLMANPRO as you should'nt make changes to SAP standard. So I cannot revert to SOLMANPRO Nav Bar as I'll then lose all the changes I have made. Because the Nav Bar Profiles are identical, I believe there must be something hardcoded somewhere which reads SOLMANPRO Nav Bar Profile???

 

I also "Viewed Source" on the CRM Web Client UI page and the below coding appears AFTER clicking on Send Email button:

 

onclick="thBtMgr.click(this);return htmlbSL(this,2,'C28_W96_V98_SENDEMAIL:SENDEMAIL','0')"

 

This only appears when the button works. The above code doesn't mean much to me but it may to someone here?

 

Is there a way to get Send Email button to work when using a Z Navigation Bar Profile???

Hi,

 

If I understand your issue correctly you'd like to assign different profit centres to different valuation types.

We had similar issue and used FI substitution to solve it.
