ALV DISPLAY WITH SINGLE FIELD

Hi All ,

I have one internal table that table having the only one FIELD  i want to display I want to display  it in ALV format 

but here the problem is while defining the field catalog it throws error like this

i am giving the field catalog like this

   wa_fCAT-col_pos       =  1.
  WA_FCAT-fieldname     =  'TEXT'.
  WA_FCAT-tabname       = IT_STRING. 

here field text having the more than 150 characters for each record.

please advise me
