You can find the object with

Object ID (TDOBJECT) = "DOC_ITEM"

Text Name (TDNAME) = CCCCDDDDDDDDDDLLL

          where CCCC = Co Code

                    DDDDDDDDDD = document number (FI document number)

                    LLL = Line item number

Text ID = "001"

You may use function module READ_TEXT with the above information.
