We are running each company as its own RunId. For the companies we are not generating 1095 for 2015 we are not reporting them.
First we have configured to have single runid for multiple companies but employee count is not matching for the employees those who transferred companies in the form 1094 also with the new notes it has started generating separate 1094 for each company.
