So I created a message to SAP and they say the font is reduced when exporting to PDF.
They told me to consult several notes:
1835763 - Text truncates when Crystal Report is exported to PDF format.
1432222 - How to not embed fonts when exporting to PDF format from Crystal Reports
1220516 - Font size decreases when report is exported to PDF from Crystal Reports XI or Crystal Reports XI Release 2
1378632 - In Business Objects XI Enterprise 3.1 the Font size decreases when the Crystal report is exported to Adobe Acrobat Format(PDF) .
I read all of them and it seems the problem falls to note 1220516 / 1378632.
I have created some keys in the registry as the note describes and now the font size of the Document Printing and the PDF is the same.
The size is the same because now the font size when exporting to PDF matches the font size when printing directly to printer, which is bigger.
So I guess this is a workaround.
