Hi,
PO Version appearing on price/quantity increase or decrease is only considering change happening with ME22N which you can view for track records with ME22N for your PO with CDHDR table.
It is not standard behavior and discuss with with your ABAPer to get development related for your PO version changes logic applied on price/quantity increase or decrease of a PO.
