- Organizational units, jobs and positions
2. Enterprise Structure
- Company code, personnel area and personnel subarea
3. Personnel Structure
- Employee group, employee subgroup, payroll accounting area

once the above is done then please come back with queries
if you want to maintain the history from the NON SAP system then you have to create all Organization Structure (org unit, position, job, cost centre) even if you are no longer using that position
once this is done then you can run the hire actions with all the information
you can delimit them in PP01 with the relationship assignment
dont worry about the text changes for the positions (that can be changed any time)
