Unfortunately that's not the event I'm looking for. The issue I have is when I resize browser window chart's start rerendering and the whole screen is frozen until renderComplet event. I wanted to set chart container to busy in "onRenderStarts" event and then to false in renderComplete event in order to give feedback to user.
