We had some issues with tables and their relationships in database and that's why I didn't worked/tested your suggestion earlier. They are thinking about moving data in another system.
I eliminated sub-report for tracking #, corrected table relationships between 'Serial Number' and 'Shipment Details' because the serial number is the unique ID for each product, added a group 'Serial #', added this line of code into Suppress (No Drill-Down) If Previous for Serial number, moved fields in header of that group, added this line of code into Suppress (No Drill-Down)
If {T016_SHIPMENT_DETAILS.C016_TRACKING_NO} = Previous({T016_SHIPMENT_DETAILS.C016_TRACKING_NO})
then true else false; and got right serial number for each product - total of 6 records. My next task was to get a tracking number for each serial number. A created a group Tracking # and got 6 tracking umbers - one per each serial number. Report finally shows six tracking numbers, one for each serial number but they are not correct. Only one tracking number is corresponding with the right serial number but the other 5 are wrong. My task now is to put each tracking number to the right serial number. Any help?
