Dear Firoz,
Please check the following:
1. Check OSS note 11104 : General note on printing production orders:
http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/11104
2. Search in the forum for more threads related to printing production orders (OPK8 configuration) based on adobe forms or smartform. SAP encourages SAPscripts for printing production orders.
Apart from these, please try the following:
1. After printing from the production order, you will get one spool request in SP01 transaction. You can display the print format using 'Display Contents' (F6) button from there. Check once if this is the print of the production order that you want. Now click on the 'print directly' (Ctrl + Shift + F8) button, here system will ask for the printer, check whether your 'PDF software' is appearing in the allowed printer list.
If yes, you can save as PDF from here.
2. If 'no', go to transaction SE38. Give program name RSTXPDFT4. This program converts spool requests to PDF format. Click on 'execute'. In the following screen, enter the spool request number for which you want the PDF.
Click on 'execute' (F8). System will give a pop-up, give the PDF file path.
You will get the PDF.
Kindly revert back in case you face any issues.
Best Regards,
Rajen
