Here are the steps to check whether it exists/not :
1.From the top-level navigation, choose System Administration -> System Configuration.
2. In the detailed navigation, choose Service Configuration. The Service Configuration Editor is displayed.
3. Open the configuration page for the data collection service:
4. In the Portal Catalog, navigate to Applications > com.sap.portal/activityreport.core > Services > ActivityReport.
5. Right-click ActivityReport and choose Configure
