GRC-RM 10 - Risk Responses and Workflow

Hi

I'm trying to find some information about Workflow around Risk Responses. 

In particular, are there workflow or notifications generated when the Notification Due Date is reached or do you need to run something in the Planner area?

Are there any WF or notications generated when you change the response?  In our system the event CL_GRRM_RISK_RESPONSE_WF SUBMITTED is generated but there are no receivers for this event.
