What's quota cycle :-? I dont get you.

For example: you have 2 Leave Quota:

1: start & end date in Jan , but deduction period in full year (until Dec)

2: start & end date in Feb , but deduction period in full year (until Dec)

so end of Dec (31st Dec) u only u operation HRS=FR... => it's okie. Don't need cycle

but if

1: start & end date in Jan , but deduction period in Jan only

2: start & end date in Feb , but deduction period in Feb only

so end of every month, you have to check how many Quota left and storing into Time Type and move to next period.

Plz investigate very carefully documents below, you can handle it: Carry Forward Absence Quota and Absence Quota.
