Hi Leo,
In the system field you need to enter the name/IP of the system where the CMS is running irrespective on which machine your CMS DB is hosted.
Connectivity to the CMS DB has already been taken care of when you configured the ODBC for the same.
Packagetemp direc is located in the <Install Dir><Enterprise XI4.1>.... path.
