T16FK Release Statuses

Hi All,

We are finding some inconsistency in the below mentioned table in development and production.

T16FK             Release Statuses

I'm not able to understand what could be the possible reason.

Also please note we have created a new strategy and in development moved to production. In development one level is triggering and is working okwhereas If we check in production it is having 5 levels of release. Why this could trigger like this.
