Action and Action Date not showing up in the Items in VA41/42/43

All,

This is a weird situation. I am not able to see the fields Action and Action date in the Contract Items tab but can see them in the Header.

The screen called is 4201 with program SAPLV45W in Header

The screen called is 4201 with program SAPLV45W for Item.

The strange thing is these fields are missing for Items. We want it to be activated. I also see that the fields are available in the screen painter. How to make them activate for Items.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
