There is some correction in Software CD/DVDs I gave above. That installation export is for AS ABAP.
I think for Mobile Docs you need to setup AS Java system.
Below are the CD/DVDs for AS Java.

Coming to your database question, database can be installed as a separate server and also can be installed on same server.
But there is no SQL Server download available in SMP. You have download for below databases only.
