As an editor I use Notepad++ a lot!
For mounting the WebDAV I use NetDrive, you can download it over here:
Add a website in Netdrive and use the following configuration:
Site IP: http://localhost/B1iXcellerator/exec/webdav
Port: 8080
Server Type: WebDAV
Account: B1iadmin
Password: your password
