Hello,
I need to understand better what to choose regarding software in order to implement a SAP Netweaver Gateway Hub connected to a ERP Business Suite.
After reading SAP Gateway deployment options in a nutshell and SAP Note 1569624 - Installation/Delta Upgrade of SAP NW Gateway 2.0. it isn't clear to me what software i can install.
I currently have a SAP ERP Business Suite with components:
- SAP_BASIS 731 005 - SAPKB73105
- WEB_CUIF 731 005 - SAPK-73105INWEBCUIF
My Questions:
- Is it possible to install a SAP Netweaver Gateway Hub on a NW 7.4 connected to my Business Suite (since it's NW 7.31)? Looks like this is possible only if the Architecture would be with Deployment on the Hub, thus limiting the acccess to remote enabled interfaces. Am i right? Or it's also possible with Hub Deployment with development on the Business Suite side?
- Can i use the same Gateway Hub as a central point for requests to our three Business Suite Systems (Development, Quality and Productive), or i should at least use one for the Productive System, and another for both Development, and Quality?
