Changing the profit center of the asset with accumulated depreciation and accumulated cost

Dear Friends,

My client needs to change the profit center of a list of assets.When we change the profit center all the accumulated cost and accumulated depreciation should transfer to the new profit center.This requirement is for bulk of assets.

If we do ABUMN (Transfer within company code)whether this requirement will be fulfilled??And how to do this for a bulk of assets?

Please guide me on this..Its urgent.
