ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE is not updating PO Change history.

Hi Friends,

We are using ME_Confirmation_Update functional module to update the PO confirmation with multiple confirmation Category. Now the problem is the changes made on the confirmation was not updated in PO line item changes. So we cant able to track the confirmation change done by the vendor. Let me know is there any other solution to solve the issue.
