Why your using init with selections BEGDA 01/01/2011, ENDDA 12/31/2012 ??.
if use above selections next time delta records you will get zero records only.
If you want see the data for one year, take ecc team help and check at base tables. thru data source you can't. because there is no fiscal year selection.
BEGDA and ENDDA are employee entered date into organization and End date is change of his roles/resigned one.
Take SAP HR team help and find require data from base tables(ex: table - PA0001/PA0002/PA0008/PA009/PA0014) for the year
