More than 15K pf basis their pf will be calculated on 15k only. If they want to calculate on actual PF basis then they can deduct only selecting the Actual PF basis radio in IT587.
Now for your case i could not understand what you want to?
If 15k more will not be gone to Pension then dont maintain Pension trust, Pension no in the IT587 then system will not deduct Pension contribution and total amount of Er portion will go to PF account.
If my understanding is wrong kindly explain briefly about your issue.
