Use of Scenerio, Process, Process Step in Graphical Chart of Crm_ui

Hi All,

How we can use this feature of using Scenerio, Process step, Process of graphical Represtation in CRM_UI. As i m using Solar02 for attaching a CR/CD.

But I am using " X" Mainatance project for Creating a CR/CD and using "Y" project for attaching. how can i use this functionality.
