Our company is about to open our first store in New York (Soho) and we currently have provisioned a new database for SAP B1 using US Localisation. We are an Australian company and based in Melbourne Victoria.
We are setting up tax codes using jurisdiction methods but we would like to know the most common naming and coding convention various US customers are using. Is someone able to provide me with an export of the OSTC table (select top 5 * from OSTC) so I can get an understanding of what has been done in various US sap databases. It would also be nice to get a snippet of the STC1 table.
Each Sales tax code will potentially have a (state, county and city tax attached).
Is someone able to recommend or direct me to a SAP B1 consultant that has a strong knowledge of US tax law and has previous setup US tax codes in SAP B1. The consultant doesn't need to be in Australia.
