But I need small clarification from you.
If I use flexi time as 6 AM to 7 PM. Planned work hours is 8
Now the employee can work anytime between the above timings. for example 8.AM to 4 PM. Now he has completed his exact working time. suppose if he works extra hours 4 PM to 5 PM. then it should be OT.
Now, how the system calculate OT? Does 4 to 5 (1 hour) as OT or anything above 7 PM (flexi end time) is consider as OT. Hope you understood my question. I'm beginner in +ve time. pls guide the basic.
