Process Chain failure notifications, wrong source mail ID

Hello All,

We have setup email notifications in Process chains for success & failure messages as below.

But strange thing happening is if above steps are successful, mails are getting triggred through BW Warehouse background user(BWREMOTE@ABC.COM) which is correct. But, if it failes failure mails get triggered from active users personal mail id ID that is either from my mailid or from collegues personal mail ID.

It should sent failure notification mails also with BWREMOTE user but sends with Personal-ID.

Please help with above.
