SIT - Site readiness

Hi All,

i am in the process of performing a site readiness assessment for kicking off the SIT (system integrated testing) phase of the ERP implementation plan.

i am trying to put together a kind of check list of activites such as Testing plan, Data loading, scenario identifications, trainings and other logistics which are pre-requisite for satrting the SIT phase.

My idea is to evaluate if the business is ready to start this phase in a very smooth way by ensuring that all key activities have been performed in order to start the SIT phase.

Hope some of you can help me in sharing some best practice.
