How could I delete diagnoses using tx EHSDIAGSL?

Hi 

How could I delete diagnoses using EHSDIAGSL T-CODE? not one by one... i need to delete an entire catalog.

I know there are two tables:

T7EHS00_DIAGSL

T7EHS00_DIAGSLT

Do I've to delete manually  the diagnose from  these tables? Is there a Standard transaction to do this?
