Anyway, if the connection to a different ECC system works, that must mean there is a network problem between the SCC box and the other ECC box.
Regarding the connection problem to the different ECC system: the error message "IOError on tunnel socket during connect attempt." usually means that the tunnel from Cloud to SCC is not open. Did you specify the SCC version = 2 in the JCo destination properties? If not, JCo will attempt to connect to the old SCC 1.x, which of course is not there in this case...
