I have read mentioned note 957917- ORA: Conversion from old to new tablespace layout
It explains the tablespace conversion old tablespace layout and new tablespace
it doesn't provides solution to my issue if i'm not wrong .
As I mentioned I have faced same issue earlier previous solution was not working .
