ARCHIVLINK Get actual file name from archived object

I have had success using ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE to obtain an archived object and email it as an attachment.   However, it would be REALLY helpful for me to be able to get the file name of the archived object.   We're using FileNet P8.    I know that the file name is stored in table TOAAT but this is only if it is stored properly (if all the parameters are populated when calling ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT).   Any help will be appreciated!   Thanks!
