This will be achieved by OPK4. This is a setting with plant and order type combination.

Assume your same user is confirming the order, Set for Plant X and order type 1,2,3,4 as final confirmation. For Plant X order type 5 set it as partial confirmation.

See below screen for order type 1,2,3,4.
