BIWS is better in performance when compared to QaaWS as you would hit the data of scheduled instance of webi report as opposed to QaaWS hitting the DB directly.
Are you going to use BIWS now as alternate?
Whats is the version of dashboard? Qaaws client tool? and BO server?
