To aggregate ABAP statistics records, you need to ensure that the time zone settings of the relevant administered systems have been correctly configured. Among other things, the UTC time, the selected time zone, and the system time itself must exist in values that are consistent in themselves.

However, this is not the case here.

Incorrect time zone settings can lead to incorrect or missing values for ABAP statistics records in the context of BW-based reporting.
