Im trying shutdown database,
and have a problem. how to resolve it..
SQL> shutdown immediate
ORA-01109: database not open
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Database mounted.
ORA-16038: log 2 sequence# 1350 cannot be archived

ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: '/oracle/SBX/origlogB/log_g12m1.dbf'
ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: '/oracle/SBX/mirrlogB/log_g12m2.dbf'
