Yes, Ticketing system means to book online tickets and view schedule and take into consideration the seating arrangement or per class etc..
i have found a few articles stating that they have used SD for the airline industry but they still have a third party application for the Ticketing System.
I'm currently going through SAP TM and the Transportation Module of SAP ECC 6.0 to see if we can just use the transportation module so we don't have to purchase SAP TM, as far as i've read, SAP TM can offer a whole lot more than the transportation module..
i've also found documentations on SAP TM which i will go through so i can find out just how much we can utilize SAP TM..
About contacting SAP directly, i've been trying for the "Chat Now" feature on their page but to no avail.. couldn't email them because they were asking for details that i could not disclose.. so yes, my last resort was to post this thread with high hopes that someone would entertain my questions and take time to answer them..
